PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS
The product uses a two cylinder compressor in the V configuration. This means that the device uses a compressor equipped with two pistons, each in a separate cylinder in the V configuration. This solution makes it possible to achieve maximum efficiency with a relatively small compressor. Hardened cast iron cylinders are built into the compressor to ensure a long service life and efficient cooling of the compressor. The housing of the compressor unit is made of an extremely durable duralumin alloy, which is characterized by a high resistance to mechanical damage and a very good ability to dissipate heat to the environment. Quiet and trouble-free operation is also guaranteed by the drive gearbox, which is implemented via the gearbox that connects the motor with the compressor unit.
The motor of the device has a maximum power of 3 kW and a speed of 2880 rpm. The motor is mechanically connected directly to the air pump, which increases the service life and reduces the heating of the system. The motor is equipped with thermal protection against overload.
The compressor has a mounted pressure reducer with two quick-release couplings, two pressure gauges and a pressure regulator at one of the outputs. The applied pressure switch enables easy regulation of the compressor activation torque depending on the pressure at the outlets and for operation in the automatic unit. Adjustment is made by tightening or loosening a nut, which makes it quick, intuitive and easy. The compressor switches off automatically when the pressure reaches 8 BAR.
