Clutch disc should match transmission being used.
If used with a Chevy S10 T-5, you will need the following:
Throwout bearing adapter sleeve 916-29517
Flathead-style release bearing 910-25620

3-7/8" bell housing height

Summary:
Extremely disappointed in the product web page description. The page NOW states there is no provision for a throw OUT bearing return spring. You have to think up your own design, and drill the case and insert your fix. Not for the"bolt on" crowd. When you drilling that tiny hole, drill another two inch hole , above the small fix hole, to also adjust static pressure, or you can completely UN install the entire trans, to adjust the pressure plate .your choice. Drill a brand new 279.00 adapter. This is for serious mechanics only.

Summary:
Everything is great on this adapter. The machine work is exceptional. It has new bearings already installed for throw-out bearing shaft. The only issue that I had was that the hole for the bearing retainer was smaller than the bearing retainer on my chevy transmission. Bottom line, I would still purchase this item again in a heart beat.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 60 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund. A restocking fee up to 15% may be applied if items are not in new condition.
Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned need to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.
